PSYCHOTHERAPY
SERVICES
Individuals - Couples - Families - Kids
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in the state of California, I provide psychotherapy treatment to individuals, couples, kids, and families. Based in Redlands, CA, I serve the Inland Empire (Redlands, Riverside, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Loma Linda, etc.) via in-person and remote services and across the state of California through Telehealth.

My area of specialization is providing therapeutic treatment and support to women and girls across the lifespan, as well as offering trauma processing and trauma healing. Throughout my clinical practice, I have encountered clients presenting for therapeutic support pertaining to relationship challenges (familial and intimate partner), gender/sexuality/identity struggles, trauma and PTSD/C-PTSD, traumatic pregnancies and births, breaking of generational family patterns, rejecting and resisting of social or gender norms, codependency, boundary setting, anxiety, depression, and much more. Throughout my interactions with clients, it is always my intention to incorporate themes of client agency, autonomy, empowerment, and self-esteem into our work together.
I also have experience treating a variety of un-listed presenting concerns and encourage you to contact me even if your reason for seeking therapy is not listed here. I am LGBTQ and BIPOC allied.

Please direct yourself to the “Contact Me” page for information on how to get in contact with me if you are interested in scheduling a free 15-minute phone consultation where I can answer any questions you may have for me and to see if we are good match.
Welcome!
Using compassionate care, empathy, sensitivity, gentleness, and a strengths-based approach, I strive to create a warm and comfortable environment for clients to engage in their healing, growth, and change processes. I assist clients in exploring the context, history, and life experiences that contribute to their presenting concerns in order for clients to experience self-transformation. I want my clients to know that there are always ways in which to manage, cope, recover, and heal, and that suffering does not have to be permanent or lifelong.

Someone willing to take the necessary steps toward personal growth should be applauded for their dedication to themself, even when the journey is hard or uncomfortable or vulnerable. I partner with my clients to empower and encourage themselves so that they are able to live strong, happy, and healthy lives.

I received my undergraduate education from California State University, Long Beach where I majored in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. After college I attended University of Oregon for graduate school where I received my Masters of Science in Couples and Family Therapy. As a graduate level extern I received my clinical training via a community mental health organization where I primarily provided therapeutic services to adolescents and teenagers who had experienced trauma. My secondary clinical placement was at my university’s mental health clinic that provided low-cost services to students of the school and members of the community. I also received experience co-facilitating many support groups, including a group for transgender women in the process of feminizing their voices and a group for support people of individuals suffering from psychosis.

After moving from Oregon back to my home state of California, I have happily been with Serenipath Counseling and Wellness Center since May 2024.
